How soon will I see a difference?
Most pet parents notice the first change in 7 to 14 days: getting up after rest and the first steps of a walk look easier. The fuller benefit builds over 6 to 8 weeks of daily use. Every dog is different, so results vary by age, size and condition.
Is it for a dog that is already stiff, or for prevention?
Both. Older or heavier dogs that are slowing down take it for daily mobility support. Young, active and large-breed dogs take it to support their joints before problems show.
What changes should I look for?
Getting up more easily after a nap, less hesitation at stairs and jumps, longer walks without lagging behind, and less licking at the hips or knees.
Will it cure arthritis or hip dysplasia?
No. StridePro+ is a nutritional supplement, not a medicine. It supports cartilage and joint comfort and works best alongside your vet’s treatment plan, a healthy weight and gentle daily exercise.
What happens if I stop giving it?
Joint support depends on steady daily intake, so most pet parents keep it as part of the daily routine, the same way they keep feeding a good diet.
Safety
From what age can my dog have it?
From 8 weeks old. It suits puppies, adults and seniors of every breed. Use the dose for your dog’s current weight.
Are there any side effects?
Most dogs have none. A few may have a slightly upset tummy in the first days, which is why we suggest half the dose in week 1. If you notice any reaction, stop giving it and speak to your vet.
Can I give it with painkillers or other medicines?
Yes, it is safe with most medicines. If your dog is on long-term medication, such as pain relief after surgery or treatment for a long-term condition, show the ingredient list to your vet first.
My dog has kidney, liver or another health condition. Can it have this?
Please check with your vet before starting. Use the “Send this page to your vet” link above so they can see the full ingredient list and amounts.
Can a pregnant or nursing dog have it?
Ask your vet first. They know your dog’s health and can tell you whether to start now or after nursing.
What if my dog eats too many chews by mistake?
Watch for an upset tummy and give plenty of water. If your dog ate a lot of chews or seems unwell, call your vet. Store the pack where your dog can’t reach it.
Is it veg? My dog is allergic to chicken.
It is non-veg: the soft chew has a chicken-liver base. If your dog is allergic to chicken, don’t give it without your vet’s advice.
Can I give it to my cat?
No. StridePro+ is made and dosed for dogs only.

How many chews a day?
Up to 10 kg: 1 chew. 10 to 21 kg: 2. 21 to 32 kg: 3. 32 to 43 kg: 4. Over 43 kg: 5. Give half the dose in week 1.
Which pack should I buy?
Go by weight. Up to 10 kg: 30 chews, which lasts 30 days. 10 to 21 kg: 60 chews, 30 days. 21 to 32 kg: 90 chews, 30 days. Heavier dogs: the 90-chew pack lasts 22 days at 32 to 43 kg and 18 days over 43 kg.
My dog is a fussy eater. Will it eat this?
Most dogs take it straight from the hand, like a treat. If yours hesitates, crumble it over a meal they love. If they still refuse, you are covered by our money-back promise.
Can I break the chew into pieces?
Yes. For small dogs or puppies you can break or crumble the chew, as long as your dog eats the full daily amount.
Should I give it with food?
Give it with a meal or as a treat around mealtime, at the same time every day so it becomes a habit.
How do I store it, and how long does it last?
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture printed on the pack.

What if it doesn’t work for my dog?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. If your dog won’t eat it, or you see no visible change after 30 days of daily use, you get a full refund. Claim any time within 90 days of delivery. COD orders are refunded to UPI or a bank account.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Pay in cash when the order arrives, or use UPI, cards or EMI at checkout.
Do you deliver across India? Is shipping free?
Yes, we ship across India and shipping is free on all orders. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 days in metro cities; other areas can take longer.
Do I need a vet’s prescription?
No. StridePro+ is a nutritional supplement, so no prescription is needed. We still recommend telling your vet, especially if your dog takes other medicines.
How do I know my pack is genuine?
