Pick one spot
Choose a quiet corner away from the food bowl and bed. Stick the pad down so it never moves.
Go at the right times

Change it on time

Which size should I buy?
Medium (60 × 45 cm) suits puppies and small breeds. Large (90 × 60 cm) suits big dogs, crates, cars and overnight use. If your dog is between sizes, choose Large.
Can one pad be used more than once?
Yes. The core turns urine into gel and holds up to 9 cups of liquid, so a pad can take several small pees. Change it once it feels heavy or starts to smell.
Do I need an attractant spray?
No. The top layer already has a pheromone attractant that draws your dog to the pad.
Will the tape damage my floor?
The adhesive strips are made to hold the pad on tiles, marble and wood and peel off cleanly. On delicate or freshly polished surfaces, try one strip in a corner first.
Is it safe for my dog’s skin?
Yes. The pads are chlorine-free, so there is no bleach on the surface your dog stands or lies on.
How do I throw away a used pad?
Fold it inwards with the wet side in, roll it up and put it in a closed bin bag with dry waste. Do not flush it.
